Therapy is specifically tailored for the expectant mother’s needs. It is also called pre-natal massage.
We can help you through those months when your body is changing daily. After your first trimester, it’s important “Mum-to-be” takes it easy and looks after her body. Regular massage throughout your pregnancy can help you during your delivery and help your body get back into shape quicker.
